We take this work off your hands. We provide furnished flats and houses from our own portfolio – ready to move into and with our full service.

Ready to move in means really ready.
Your employees get the key and move in. No ordering furniture, no signing up with utility providers, no buying basic household items.
Because the accommodation comes from our own portfolio, we also handle everything that happens in the background: repairs, caretaking, garden and grounds maintenance, winter services.

3–6 people. Single rooms with a shared kitchen – the standard for installation teams.

7–20 people. An entire unit exclusively for your project, close to the site.

One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.
The tenant is your company, not the individual employee. You decide who lives in the accommodation. Units are allocated by team size, period and distance to the work site.

What is the minimum rental period?
One week. Entire houses are rented from one month.
How quickly is accommodation available?
From our portfolio, usually within a few days. When we source on request, we give you a binding date.
Who is the contracting party?
The company. One invoice, one point of contact, residents can change.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi and final cleaning are included in the price.
Can we change residents?
At any time. We handle the changeover, cleaning and registration documents.
What if something breaks?
Just let us know – we organise maintenance and tradespeople.
